Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I am in need of paternal assistance and legal custody help
I need a good Family Lawyer special izing in Family Law for Fathers. I really would like a referral from the Salem, Ma area one that is in the area of my child and familiar with the court house. I have been raising my Daughter Cassandra (a child born out of wedlock) for two years. I had never been named on the Birth Certificate. I had her in school and a stable environment and she was taken from me and is now missing. In the eyes of the law I have no rights to her till I establish Paternity. I have already tried to have her served and have spent 2500.00 in legal fees with no help. She cannot be found and when she pops up she then disappears again. What Do I do? I cant even locate her to try and serve her. The sherriff had no luck either. I have already spent a great deal of money and time with no luck.
