Do you have to pay child support if you drop your parental rights? Dropping rights due to false sexual abuse allegations.

It depends what you mean by 'dropping' your parental rights? Do you mean physical custody, legal custody, or do you mean termination of your parental rights. Upon the termination of your parental rights by the court, you will not have any ongoing obligation of child support.
