Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

i have had permenent custody of my niece since she was 3mths old,she is now 2yrs old and her father nor her mother has yet to try to change her situation. i was wondering if i had grounds to go for adopting her.

If both biological mother and father will allow it, you should be able to adopt. Please feel free to contact my office if you would like to discuss this matter further. You will need participation from an adoption agency in Massachusetts to go forward.
