Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

i have physical custody of 2 daughters. my ex and have joint custody. i recently sent our youngest to live with him due to behavioral problems. she want to come home but he wont let her and says he has custody now. we never went to court we just ahve a verbal agreement. can i just go gey her?

A verbal agreement does not overcome a court order.

Yes you can get her or file for a contempt.
