Pre Nup

When a couple gets a prenup, is there any possible way that the bride or grooms parents can sign it or make it so that it cannot be canceled?

Re: Pre Nup

Not to my knowledge. However, the Parents can create a series of trusts and other entities to protect a child's inheritance from being accessed by a Divorce.

The Parents and the parties should speak with both counsel for the Pre-Nup and an estate planning/asset protection specialist.
