pre nup
hello I am interested in getting a pre nup
however there are currently no assets but would like to cover myself as far as Alimony I would at least like to discussthis by phone with an attorney if you could get back to me quickly it would be most appreciated!!!

You and your spouse to be can enter into a pre-nuptual agreement. You both need to be represented by counsel.
Alimony is generally the least preferred method of separating a couple with respect to marriage, but of course can happen. A pre-nup will not relieve you of child support obligations, should you have (or adopt) a child during the course of the marriage.
