Presumption of paternity

In MA, if a child is conceived and born into a marriage and bears the husband's last name and the husband signs the birth certificate, is it legally presumed that the husband is the father of the child, even if someone else may be?

In Massachusetts, a child born during a marriage is presumed to be the child of both spouses (209C, � 6).

In Massachusetts, the child born to a married couple is presumed to be the child of both parents. However, under certain circumstances this may be rebutted.
