If your divorce was filed under 1A, I'm not sure why you are being called in for a pretrial conference. You may want to consult with an attorney to make sure that you are filing everything properly.

Hello,

A pre-trial conference should not be scheduled in a 1A Joint Petition for Divorce/Uncontested Divorce. If you have filed all the documents necessary for an Uncontested Divorce a Final Hearing should be scheduled. A pre-trial in scheduled in matters which are contested. Often a settlement agreement is entered into as a final judgment on that day if the Parties' are able to come to an agreement.

If you have filed a joint divorce under 1A no pre-trial is required. If you filed under 1B and you and your spouse have come to an agreement, you should notify the court.
