procedural question
I filed a complaint for annulment. Due in court in 30 days. I just received a complaint for divorce action. Can two actions be filed.

Yes.
These address the same issue, the ending of the marriage. The difference is that one claims it was invalid. The other claims the marriage is over. Either way, it will end the marriage. The problem is that each complaint addresses different issues.
