Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
Proof of service and notice required?
If I need to serve Massachusetts family court paperwork on someone living out of the country, what do I need to do? Do they physically need to be served or is registered mail enough? Do they HAVE to sign for the registered mail for it to be legit?
How much notice of a hearing am I required to give in order to ensure they must be in court?
All help is appreciated!
