My husband lives in USA. I am in INDIA with my son.He has filed for Divorcee in India. We were married on 2002. we have our matrimonial home in USA in his name. iam home maker. i learned from registry i have to file Quitclaim reg property. how do i do from india. I cant afford for attorney in USA since i dont have income .

Help me to figure out the possible leads to do that .

You may refuse your consent for selling the house in USA unless you receive your share of sale proceeds.

The lawyer's fee for closing the deal may be paid out of the sale proceeds.
