I need to prove to a judge that my daughter has lived with me for the past two years. What should I present to prove this tax returns?

In addition to tax returns, you should obtain medical/educational records and affidavits from credible and unbiased individuals. These documents need to show that you have been the primary custodial parent during the past two years (not just that you have been a good parent).
