how can prove to judge?
H ow can i prove to judge that the father hes not picking his kids on time or sometime doesnt show up and he has court oder to help with pareting time.

However, what you are going to do as a result is reduce his rights, and decrease his control over you. He is not likely to be forced to increase his time with the kids, as that is bad "parenting time." It will actually cause more emotional hardship than it resolves.
The best that the Court can probably do here is set up a "confirm-in-writing system, 24 hours in advance. E-mail is better than text messaging (it's easier to print and preserve and e-mail). If he confirms, then still does not show up, perhaps then he pays for babysitting...but if he contginually does this, he loses visitation. this would best be handled on a modification case, and set up as an "experimental" basis (through a temporary order first, and once that works out, through a judgment that refines the orders.
