is there any way to have a qdro in Mass. law reduced?

You would need to file a complaint for modification. If the parties are both in agreement as to how the QDRO is to be reformed, it should be possible.

I agree with Chris. But if the divorce has not become final and you are still in the Nisi period(90 days after your divorce hearing if your divorce was contested or 120 days if you reached an agreement) then you may want to file a Motion to Stay the divorce so that the QDRO can be modified or other issues could be addressed.... such as if you think there was fraud or non-disclosure by the other spouse as could be your reason for the change.
