Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

What can she do?

In regards to question asked by custody about mother having problems with 11 year old and not wanting to go to the trial. I know a similar situation, would mother be able to file a complaint for modification and have the trial dismissed if she agreed to let the child live with the father? Also, social services and GAL has in the past reviewed the case. Mother can't live her life wondering what child is going to acuse her off. Has already accused her of abusing and DSS and police found unsupported. What can she do?

Re: What can she do?

I believe that the approach is all wrong; you are trying to take shortcuts. Either it is important enough to go to trial or not.
