Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Hello!

I have a question concerning the court order for paternity test for a father residing in Massachussetts while Im in Europe and not an American citizen. How can I do that to receive a child support if Im not a resident in the US? do I have to be present in court or can the court make the father travel to Europe for paternity test since the child is too small to travel? how can I secure the child support while the father is not officially employed and is hiding his income from authorities through associated companies incl. companies abroad?

another question concerns the custody for the child: I wouldn't mind for shared custody if the father wants it but I have concerns for child and my safety because: 1. the father consumes too much marijuana and cannot control his anger: there was a severe physical assault when I was pregnant however I didn't report to the police. Can I still bring it up (I have pictures and witnesses as a proof).

thank you for your help!
