Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
If you receive child support, is child care included in that? Can I ask the father of my child to assist in summer time child care costs seeing as we both work during the summer and there is no school if he already pays child support?

Work-related child care costs are factored into the child support calculation - so if you're paying it, it's deducted from your gross earnings. If his income hasn't changed significantly, your child care costs may not make a bid difference in the child support calculation. You should do a consultation before deciding on whether to file.
