Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I receive child support payments for 3 children, 1 is now emancipated, what percentage do I use to figure out the amount for the 2 remaining children.

Unless this specific change in circumstances is clearly provided for in the divorce order, a complaint for modification must be filed in court asking the court to change its order, which can not be arbitrarily changed by the parties. Good Luck!

Your child support would not be adjusted by a percentage but rather both your income along with the Parrty paying the child support's income would be run through the child support guidelines. Depending on when your last child support order was can also make a difference as the Massachusetts Child Suport Guidelines changed in January, 2009.
