Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I recently got divorced and I am supposed to receive a cash settlement from my ex-husband's stocks. It said he had 10 days to transfer money into my account. Its going on 4 months now, and my attorney will not return my calls and never explained what I had to do. can I do anything on my own? I don't know how to get my lawyer to contact me
