Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Recently my ex found out she is pregnant. I am the biological father and want to relinquish my rights and have nothing further to do with this child. I have no way of paying for legals fees or child support, in any way. What steps should I take?

You can only relinquish your "rights to a child" if another person adopts the child. Unless your ex is going to get married and her new spouse adopts, you will remain the father of this child with all the rights and responsibilities.

You cannot do so. You have a legal obligation. Any way to do it can mess you up because it involves DCF.
