i am recently retired and have decreased my income by half i am looking to modify my child support, my ex-wife has not worked since our divorce 3 yrs ago is there a chance i will not get the modification. we have one child together

While there is a chance that a Judge may not grant the modification because it is not in the best interest of your chil, the Court will also look at your financial situation.

It's worth the time to make the request.
