I agree with the previous answer. You can file a petition for name change in the probate and family court. We have successfully waived certain requirements of the court for our clients, like notice of the petition in the newspaper, and even attendance at any sort of hearing. Because you are returning to your maiden name, you should not have a terribly difficult time. If you would like us to prepare and file your petition, we charge a simple flat fee.
