Hello,
If you currently have a court order allowing you time with your children and your wife is withholding that time from you she is in violation of a court order. A Complaint for Contempt should be drafted and filed and marked up for hearing. If the Judge finds that your Wife did violate the order by not allowing you time with your children she will most likely be found guilty of contempt. The Judge can order that your Wife should pay for fees (including Attorney Fees) and costs associated with the Complaint for Contempt.

Thank you,
If a party is not following the Court Order, then the other party has the right to file a Complaint for Contempt. I noticed you didn't mention whether or not your ex wife is giving you other times, in place of the court order times. If she is making up the lost time, she may not be found in contempt.
