I'm being relocated to another state by my company.Do I need to change my custodial agreement? I have joint custody of my three younger children and full custody of my oldest. What happens if I and my oldest just leave but still pay my support to my ex-wife? Could I possible get full custody of my other three and relocate to another state?

You need permission from your ex-wife or the court to remove the children out of Massachusetts. If the agreement doesn't allow this, then yes, you need to change your agreement. Depending on how far you are moving, you may also need to change the custody and visitation terms.
