how long do i have to wait to get remarred in mass.?

You can remarry 91 days after entry of decree Nisi. If you have an uncontested divorce, the decree Nisi enters one month after approval of the agreement. (total 4 months and a day). However, if there is an appeal, you can't get married until the appeal is over.
