Reopen a year old divorce
We had a no fault agreed divorce. Nothing writen in the court papers regarding property and stuff. Now a year latter he wants half of everything, and is threating to have the divorce reopened and overturned in order to take half. We were married three years and I owned everything house, cars ect. Nothing was ever in his name.

The prior answer expresses it perfectly. Review the agreement with an attorney; most likely, the advice will be to "call his bluff." Your ex-husband is blustering. The Court is unlikely to reopen the divorce regardless of the specifics of property division and debt division.
Re: Reopen a year old divorce
It is hard to believe that your divorce decree made no provision for the division of the marital assets or support.
There is the possibility that your ex-husband can seek to establish or modify court odered support payments. Based on the limited facts as I understand them, your husband has almost no chance of receiving any support or assets at this point.
If you would like, I would be happy to review your divorce decree and settlement agreement and provide you and your ex-husband an assessment. I am also available to help you defend against your ex-husband should he choose to pursue this. My rates are very reasonable.
