Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

requiring a lawyer

I am a teacher at a daycare center and one of the parents in my room has put a 51A complaint for neglecting to watch the children because her child has been bitten twice on the face within a two month period. Do I need a lawyer or will this be handled through my work?

I think this was answered.

I think you must get a lawyer. Do not rely on the lawyer or legal advice of your workplace.

Re: requiring a lawyer

I would suggest you hire an attorney, since your employer's interest and yours are not identical.
