Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
My ex just resently signed an agreement in court to give me full custody of our daughter . it has only been 3days since this desision and he is now talking about wanting to go back to court so he can try for custody. Would this even be possible since he just gave me custody ? He has supervised visitation set up for twice a week. I requested him being supervised because he is bipolar schitzophrenic and he has irrational thoughts daily. The courts were not told that is the reason for supervised visitation since he agreed to the stipulations. Questions. Would he be able to get custody of our daughter ? I'm a good mother and nothing has changed since the court date . And can he refile right now ? It's only been a few days and nothing has changed since the court date .

He can file, but chances are he's wasting his time. Generally, a material change in circumstance is necessary to reopen the issue.
