Responable for 1/2?
My wife and i are seperated. in the seperation agreement it states that in lew of paying child support i am to pay
the mortage on the house we both own .she is moving out of the house(her choice not mine) and i am moving back in. now i have to start paying child support for my son.My question is ,is she leagly responsable for 1/2 the mortage until we go the court for the divorce.(not sure what is going to go on with our house yet ,buy out or selling)

From what information you have provided, she is not responsible for the mortgage payment. The two of you can agree in writing to change the agreement so that she is responsible for half of the mortgage payment or some other adjustment, but she obviously has no incentive to do so. Your agreement should have provided for this contingency.
