YOu can file for a divorce, and either serve notice by publication or seek a divorce based on abandonment. This is really a matter for NH. You are in a Massachusetts link. If you now want to file for a divorce in Massachusetts, the same suggestions apply. You may contact me.

Where are you currently living now? If you are in MA and you do not know your spouse's exact whereabouts you can petition the court through a motion to allow you to the service of the divorce summons by publication. At the very least, you will need to consider the court filing fees and the fees for the publication in the newspaper (those fees vary, depending on the publication). I strongly suggest you consult with an attorney during this process. You can feel free to contact me to discuss more or less what this process would cost you or if you want to discuss your case further. Best of luck!
