how can i fight a restraining order and how can i get joint custody

Restraining orders cannot easily be countered, unless there is truly no issue of threat, and a clear and reasonable attack on credibility. I have won several that I expected to lose, lost some I should have won. That is the nature of the fact-finding process.

Obtaining joint legal custody after a legitimate retsraining order is difficult. You should engage in counseling, resolve your issues, and work on the situation.
