rights to living situation

what right do i have living in house owned by childs dad and paying 1400 rent and other bills here. lived here before and due to his drinking had to leave due to not knowing my rights. he is playing god with my children with threats of changing the locks on my children and myself had enough of his threats and him threatening my daughters friends due to not being white basically. please contact me at 617 3706313 work or 7818888952 cell

So are you paying the 1400 for the family or paying to him. If you are not married, yo may be little more than a tenant with or without a lease.
