rights for owning home
can i be thrown out of my own house after wife serves papers for divorce, and do i still have to pay bills related to owning home if i am thrown out?

The short answer is no. Barring an order of the court, or your agreement, you can stay there. If you have any other questions, call or contact me.

She can get a restraining order [RO] throwing you out of the house by saying she did not like the look in your eyes and she was fearful.
These ROs can, indeed, be fought, but you will need to take advantage of your statutory right to an EVIDENTIARY hearing.
Then -- possibly the same day -- she will come into court with a motion for temporary order of child support and/or spousal support sufficient to pay the mortgage or rent, etc.
