Rights and responsibilities of parents

My fifteen year old son is refusing to attend high school and has run away twice refusing to return home or attend school. No drugs or other illegal activity is involved.I need to know my legal rights and the extent of my legal responsibliities as his legal guardian.

You should obtain the assistance of the court. You can do this by filing a stubborn

child petition. This will allow the court to address the situation.
