Do i have any rights to my son?

i am an un-wed father do me and my girlfriend have joint custody rights or does she have full custody of my babys.

Right now She is on low income from the state and is getting back to school. however she will only let me see my son during times her schedual allows, and forbids me from taking him over night. i want to know if i have any rights or if i have to surcome to her ''rules'' if you will.

As a father you may seek an order in Probate Court allowing you certain visitation rights. The Court will base its decision on the facts and circumstances of the case.
