My best advice is for you to hire an attorney.
The basics are as follows: you will need to prepare and file a complaint for divorce in your probate and family court. Your complaint should allege sufficient grounds for divorce and make any and all requests for relief. You will serve a copy of the complaint and an original summons on your spouse, and then prove to the court that your spouse has been served by filing a 'return of service' in the court.
It is really much more complicated than that, and for something this important it is better to have professional advice and representation.
