separation and child kidnapping

My wife have deserted me almost four mounths ago taking away my daughter with her and never establish contact with me since.

I have find out that she is using the help of an agency that handle case

of domestic abuse in order to seek benefits,specialy immigration clearance in order to legalised her statue in the contry. since i know and can prove that there wasn't any domestic abuse,what action or step of action can i take in order to reveal her plot, because she is mannipulating the system in her favor and she is wrongfully retaining my daughter and i haven't

heard of her or seen her since that time. Anticipated thanks for taking my question into consideration.
