Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
seperate from husband 2 kids
I would like a temporary seperation
from my husband, i would like to
move myself and my 2 babies to a
relatives house until we can get
maritial counsling. Need to know
that it is legal to move to the next
town for a week or so.

This is absolutely appropriate and legal. The only -possible- issue would be if the move were out-of-state, and border towns are usually not a problem.
