Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

What can I do before the seperation, so I know my kids are safe? My husband is a drinker and we are seperating soon. He is out of control drinking and driving with the kids. I can not leave them alone for a min.

Are you filing for a divorce? Has it been filed already? I would agree that you need to file and when you do submit temp orders to ask the court to help protect the children.
