Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I am a single mother who has been divorced for approx 6 years. I have three children with my ex husband. We have joint custody, and I am the custodial parent. My entire family has moved away or in the process for doing so. I was wondering if it is possible to move out of state?

1. With his written permission; or
