Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My sister-in-law and her husband have a 7-year-old child. They were not married when the child was born, but he signed a voluntary paternity acknowledgment form. Now, another man is trying to claim he is the father of the child. Does this man have any legal standing?

He could. But to do so, this man would have to file a paternity action.
