Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

i have sole physical custody of my son but shared legal custody with his father and his father has him tuesday wednesday and thursday i want to take him on vacation to disney can i take him without his fathers permission?

As long as it doe not interfere with the father's days for visits. If it does then you need to arrange alternate days with dad before going.
