In most Massachusetts child support cases, if the child is under 23 years old, is enrolled in full-time post-secondary studies and during summer breaks, and school breaks resides with one of the Parents, then child support can be awarded to the Parent the child is living with.

Assuming he is a full time college student he can petition for child support as can you, if he is residing with you.

He can also seek contributiion for tuition from the other parent as well.
