Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My son's father didnt show up to our court date but now is filing a complaint to change the judgment. Can I stop him or do I just have to go to court when I get served? Can I file a harassment suit?

You will need to wait until you are properly served with a complaint. Under the facts presented a harassment suit would be unsuccesful.
