Spouse not in the house

My mom asked my father to leave the house because he was causing an unsafe environment. Is he liable to pay for some of the mortgage since he his co-owner of the house?

The requirements of an ousted spouse.

The question is once your mother ousted your father, does he retain an obligation without a court order to continue to pay part of the mortgage.
