Hello,

In order to modify an out of state order/judgment if the child is now a resident of Massachusetts than you can file a complaint for modification of a foreign judgment. If the child lives out of state you will have to file the complaint in that state.

If you are interested in a free consultation you can contact me at [email protected] or at 978-276-0777.

Thank you,
