In the state of MA at what age does the court listen to a childs wishes concerning visitation with non custodial parent?

There is no set age-the court looks at the childs maturity.

The Court must inquire of the childs' wishes when the child is fourteen or older. The Court doesn't have to listen.

It depends on the judge. If you want to insure the input, have the Court appoint a GAL.
