Assuming you and your spouse are open to filing an uncontested divorce petition, your court filing fee will be $215.00. Since fees change frequently, it is always a good idea to call the court before filing. If you are asking about attorney's fees, every attorney is going to offer slightly different service and charge slightly different prices.

Our office charges a flat rate fee based on whether your divorce is contested or not, whether there are any minor children, whether there is any real estate, and whether any retirement accounts are to be divided.

It would still depend on whether there is any disagreement over the house, alimony, etc. If you just need a separation agreement drafted, then an attorney would probably do that for about $500 to $750 (which does not include the court's filing fee of $215).

If there is any disagreement, then you are looking at a contested divorce, which is usually much more expensive and time-consuming.
