Your boyfriend's child support obligation should not increase due to your marriage, as the Court should not consider your income when determining his. You can view the Child Support Guidelines here for more information about the definition of "income" http://www.mass.gov/courts/childsupport/guidelines.pdf.

Your boyfriend's ex would have to file a Complaint for Modification and convince the court that while your income can not be counted in the Child Support Guidelines formula, your payment for household expenses which household he shares makes more spendable income available to him.

If, after reviewing the Child Support Guidelines formula, you or your boyfriend still have questions, retain an attorney to help answer them.

Good Luck!
