Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
Step mother is overstepping her boundaries. Can I modify my parenting plan to repair what was once a co-parenting plan to more of a parallel parenting plan and get rid of the third party interference?

Yes. It will be necessary to show that there is a material and substantial change in circumstances and that it is in the best interests of the children. The legal standard is very vague and you should speak with local counsel to discuss the likelihood of modifying your order.

You are entitled to request a modification, but you should probably speak to an attorney first to see whether it is likely to be granted, and what other options you may have.
